The REAL (Remote Electronic Access Location) solution is a state of the art control system that combines the functionality of some of the most advanced vending equipment, onsite computerized access, wireless connectivity, database storage, and back-office systems to provide you one of the best vending experiences possible. Below we describe the full details of our REAL system, starting with a description of our equipment.

 

Equipment

ValueOne Vending utilizes equipment from the leading manufacturer of vending equipment, The Wittern Group. You will not see any cheap mechanical turn knob machines or other low-grade equipment from ValueOne Vending. Also, our equipment is not branded (Coke, Pepsi, etc.), so you will not be limited by inflexible product selections. Additionally, each of our REAL locations is equipped with the ability to take $1, $5, $10, & $20 bills and dispense dollar coins in return. Lastly, many of our snack and cold food machines have infrared detectors that determine if a product selection has fallen. If the product has hung, it will vend again until the product falls or it will refund the customer's money. This prevents the all too often vending experience of someone losing money from a product getting hung.

 

 

 

 

The REAL system includes the following detailed benefits:

 

• Credit/Debit card access

 

 

Credit/Debit card readers placed on the vending machines utilize wireless access to validate cards on a real-time basis, giving you prompt access to cashless vending. Also, there is no additional charge for Credit/Debit card use – the same low price for cash and cashless customers.

 

• Wireless transmission of product usage

 

 

A small antenna (3-4 inches) on the top of the vending machine provides the wireless connectivity from the vending machine's onboard computerized monitoring to our database. Product usage is regularly transmitted to the offsite database.

 

• Back-office system computes location usage

 

 

ValueOne Vending's back-office system utilizes the database information to generate accurate reports detailing each locations usage. The benefits of this system to the customer are highlighted below.

• Accurate Vending Service - knowledge of product usage provides less chance of empty product slots because we know exactly what has been purchased and optimize deliveries to the actual usage.
• Fresher Products - only what sells is delivered to the location each week, keeping product slot storage times minimal and product freshness maximized. Knowledge of customer usage patterns allows us to optimize the necessary quantity of product to be kept in each product slot. This knowledge minimizes the chance a product will go empty without having to add unnecessary product, clearly reducing shelf time. Product freshness is particularly critical for food items and pastries.
• Better Product Selection - detailed reports based on each locations actual product purchases helps us better determine which products to add or remove from a particular location.
• Better Prices - although there are additional development costs for ValueOne Vending's REAL system, REAL actually provides the customer cheaper prices by lowering our product overhead. First, our delivery costs are reduced. You will not see us utilizing large box trucks carrying around a small warehouse of products to be able to adequately service your location. The only supplies that require transporting are the predetermined product counts from your usage data. Our product storage is centralized and therefore storage time minimized. Product loss due to items going past their expiration dates is virtually nonexistent with the REAL system.
